so my new job is going pretty well.

they are giving me a good amount of hours but two many shifts. I need 2 days off per week. they just give me one. I wish they'd give me longer shifts and less days but whatever. I'm loving that it,s something different. and i'm loving that I get to work in a restaurant, and it gives me a discount on books. I'm really liking the people I work with also.

I'm hating that the shifts arent regular. and i'm hating being new, and not knowing my job as well as I'd like to. but I guess that takes time. Im just used to being able to fix any problem and never needing to ask questions. i wish sarah worked at mcnally robinson! working isnt as good without sarah. and sourdough jokes.

I'm starting waitressing next week. should be ok. I'll make tips which is nice.

I havent really been out and done anything with my friends in a while. But thats ok. I'm having an alright time with trashy TV, books and working. and yeah.

I'm reading mansfield park, shawni have you read that one?
I'm liking it. trouble with jane austen though, it takes too long to be really drawn in by her books. once you're into it, they are awesome though.
